A group of Young, Patrirotic and Dynamic Bankers who chose to be different and lead by example gathered on the 14th of Sep 2014 at the National Capital that shook the Banking Circles with its slogans WeBankers Zindabad was the defining moments of WeBankers. Since 2014, WeBankers has been the torchbearer of Revolution, standing for the common Bankers who have been largely ignored by the houses of power. The journey since our inception from a small gathering at the National Capital till the formation of WeBankers as a Registered Trade Union has been analysed as path breaking in the Banking Industry.

We Bankers is a Pan India Registered Trade Union in Banking Industry who are the flag bearer of trust & Transparency in its Operations. We bankers Credentials & reports are published periodically unlike other Banking Industry Trade Unions.

In The Year 2017 Bank Management deny my casual Leave and mark me Unauthorized Absent my old Union says we can’t help you in this case thereafter I Join We bankers and team We Bankers filled my case before Hon’ble RLC Lucknow and Bank management remove Unauthorized mark and also pay the salary for that day. After seeing this Fighting Spirit of Team We bankers I also join team we bankers as a office bearer and I am currently Vice President of We Bankers Team.

मेरी पत्नी बैंक की क्लर्क थी जिनकी आकस्मिक मृत्यु कोरोना काल में हो गयी थी बैंक के द्वारा बहुत लिखा पढ़ी के बाद भी सालो तक कोविड इंसोरेंस का पैसा नहीं दिया गया, वी बैंकर्स के द्वारा मेरी पत्नी जो वी बैंकर्स की मेंबर्स भी थी उनका केस लगाया गया और मुझे सारे लेबर कमिश्नर कार्यालय से करवाए है, वी बैंकर्स टीम का बहुत बहुत आभार है

मै एक प्राइवेट बैंक में स्टाफ के रूप में कार्यरत थी, मेरे बैंक प्रबंधन के द्वारा मुझे बीमारी में छुट्टी पर होने पर बैंक आने का दबाव बनाया गया जिस पर मे अपनी तबियत ख़राब होने की वजह से ज्वाइन नहीं कर सकी तो बैंक प्रबंधन के द्वारा मुझे नौकरी से डिसमिस कर दिया गया, वी बैंकर्स का पता चला सोशल मीडिया से और संपर्क किया तो इनकी टीम ने मेरा केस लगाया और बिना किसी पैसे के ही लड़ा और कुछ माह बाद ही मुझे वापस नौकरी पर ज्वाइन करा लिया गया, वी बैंकर्स का तहे दिल से शुक्रिया करती हूँ.
